OISÍN has registered offices in Cúil Aodha, in the heart of the Múscraí Gaeltacht area of West Co. Cork. We have been trading since July 2004.
 

The combined experience of our management, consultants and translators introduced us to the market with a position of considerable strength. OISÍN is a trading name for Oisín Seirbhísí Comhairle Teanga Teo. which is a privately owned company.

Managing Director

Cormac Ó hAodha is the Managing Dierctor of OISÍN and he has extensive experience in many aspects of the Irish langauge. He has MPhil in the Irish language from the National University of Ireland (UCC) as well as graduating with a HDipinEd in the teaching of Irish. He has worked since as a translator and subtitler and an Irish language development officer with a local authority in Ireland as well as having lectured in the Irish Language & Studies in the Breton and Celtic Studies Department of the University of Rennes 2 in Brittany for a number of years. He is recognized as an active and contemporary promoter of Irish culture and language. His philosophy, coupled with that of all directors and staff at OISÍN is that all individuals should be shown the same dignity and respect when using either Irish or English.
